Ms. Cecilia (Xuting) Zhang brings over a decade of experience in the field of intellectual property, with a strong industry foundation. She specializes in managing a wide range of intellectual property projects and has extensive experience in both litigation and non-litigation consulting, particularly in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition. Ms. Zhang has worked with well-known domestic and international companies across diverse sectors, including telecommunications, media, entertainment, internet, biotechnology, medical devices, chemicals, automotive, and manufacturing. She has successfully resolved numerous cross-border intellectual property disputes for leading multinational corporations.

Prior to joining PurpleVine, Ms. Zhang served as a Partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department at King & Wood Mallesons and as a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Group at Fangda Partners.
